Quote and contact forms collect the details you supply, such as your name, phone number, email address and transportation request details.
The website booking form collects your name, phone, email, pickup and drop-off locations, requested date and time, transport type and optional notes.
How we use information
JA Care Transport uses submitted information to respond to requests, provide pricing, check availability, arrange rides and provide customer service. We use customer details only for quotes and rides, not for unrelated marketing.
How information is shared
Website form submissions are sent to JA Care Transport by email for handling. Facebook and Instagram instant forms share the information you submit with JA Care Transport. Meta also has its own privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
The site also uses Google reCAPTCHA to help protect forms from abuse, and Google Maps content may be displayed on service-area pages. The site uses Vercel Analytics in production.
Please do not send sensitive information
Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, Social Security numbers or payment-card details through general contact or lead forms.
Your requests
You may contact JA Care Transport to request access to, corrections to, or deletion of information you submitted. We will review the request, but records that must be retained may not be deleted.
